We're seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager to lead a dynamic care team within a modern, premium aged care residence located in North Melbourne. About the Role

As the Clinical Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and resident care. You'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee clinical operations, mentor and support nursing teams, and drive continuous improvement across the home.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing clinical team
• Overseeing care planning, assessments, and reviews
• Managing clinical education and maintaining staff competencies
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Guiding a positive, collaborative workplace culture
• Supporting residents, families, and staff with empathy and professionalism

What You'll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Australian working rights
