Clinical Nurse | Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (NRG 6) for a contract opportunity within an Adult and Community Mental Health service.
This is an opportunity for a skilled Mental Health clinician to join a multidisciplinary team supporting adults within the community.
You will be involved in:
Adult Mental Health
Community Mental Health
Clinical assessment and care planning
Case management
Coordinating multidisciplinary care
Supporting consumers within the community
Monitoring and reviewing individual care plans
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support services
We are looking for a Clinical Nurse with:
Current AHPRA registration
Recent Mental Health nursing experience
Adult and/or Community Mental Health experience
Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills
Case management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Classification: NRG 6 - Clinical Nurse
Start: ASAP
Contract available until Ongoing
Location: Central Queensland
