About the Role:
As CNM, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, guiding a dedicated team and ensuring top-quality clinical care. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship
• Oversee admissions, documentation, and clinical operations
• Drive quality improvement and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• AHPRA registered nurse with aged care leadership experience
• Strong clinical background with a focus on quality and compliance
• Passion for mentoring and making a real difference in aged care
