Our valued client is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager who wants more than just a title, someone who wants influence, connection, and the chance to truly shape how care is delivered.

What you'll actually be doing

As part of the senior leadership team, you'll be the clinical heartbeat of your home:

  • Leading clinical operations and setting the standard for care
  • Supporting, mentoring and empowering your clinical and care team
  • Driving audits, gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading quality projects and ensuring standards are not just met, but exceeded
  • Building strong relationships with families, the community and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Working closely with the wider quality team to lift clinical performance across multiple homes

You'll fit right in if you:

  • Are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Have solid experience in residential aged care in a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager role
  • Genuinely enjoy change, improvement and making things better than you found them
  • Communicate with confidence, warmth and clarity
  • Can lead independently but love being part of a team
  • Care about improving services for older people at a bigger-picture level
