MARS is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to oversee a committed team at a small, 60-70 bed residential aged care facility in regional NSW, located near the ACT border, for a respected not-for-profit provider.

You'll be supported by an experienced Service Manager and work alongside a committed team of RNs, PCAs, lifestyle and allied health staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

• Role: Clinical Manager - Residential Aged Care

• Location: Regional NSW, bordering ACT (approx. 2 hours from Canberra CBD)

• Salary: $120K-$130K + Super + Salary Packaging

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 38 hours/week (8:00 AM start)

• Facility: Fully accredited, not-for-profit aged care home

• Team: Oversee RNs, PCAs, and support staff; report to the Service Manager

• Supportive and collaborative leadership team

• Strong handover and transition support from the outgoing Clinical Manager
