MARS Recruitment is currently supporting established aged care providers in WA seeking dedicated Clinical Coordinators. This leadership role is perfect for a skilled nursing professional committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while driving clinical excellence within residential aged care settings.

About the Role
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading nursing teams, ensuring thorough resident assessments, and maintaining personalised care plans. You will oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing resident wellbeing and service quality.
You'll work alongside an experienced clinical and quality team, supported by wider organisational resources, to foster a positive and supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and care staff
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of resident assessments and care plans
  • Maintain adherence to aged care standards and accreditation requirements
  • Facilitate staff training, mentoring, and performance development
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive better resident outcomes
  • Cultivate a culture of respect, collaboration, and compassion within the team


What You Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in aged care or related healthcare
  • Strong understanding of aged care compliance, clinical governance, and accreditation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Full Australian work rights and a current National Police Check
