Clinical Educator | Aged Care

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join their residential aged care team in Western Australia's, South Metro area. In this hands-on role, you'll plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support the professional development and compliance of aged care staff.

Working closely with the Clinical Education Lead and leadership teams across multiple homes, you'll ensure all training requirements are met, onboarding programs are delivered effectively, and continuous improvement initiatives are supported.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and facilitating site-based training sessions and induction programs

  • Maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System and preparing compliance reports

  • Supporting manual handling and other mandatory training

  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-quality education

This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting care teams to deliver the highest standards of resident care.

About You:

You are a Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute care. You have a genuine interest in education and professional development, with a proven ability to deliver engaging training programs to staff.

You're highly organised, confident managing competing priorities, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience designing and delivering clinical or aged care training programs

  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet KPIs

  • Commitment to quality care and continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

  • Experience developing or implementing education frameworks
