Business Development Manager I Marketing SaaS Platform

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a growing SaaS Tech business in Cremorne!

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager - ANZ, this is a consultative sales role where you'll partner closely with property professionals to demonstrate how their platform can drive business growth.

You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle-engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning a solution that delivers real, measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively connect with prospective clients via outbound calls and virtual meetings
  • Present and sell subscription-based digital marketing solutions tailored to real estate professionals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach-clearly articulating value and ROI
  • Stay up to date with product enhancements to identify upsell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Experience) to share insights and feedback
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

  • Proven success in sales or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
