As a Business Development Manager, you won't be stuck behind a desk.

You'll represent a leading all-in-one SaaS platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses, helping owners simplify their day-to-day operations through powerful digital tools.

When you're not meeting customers in person, you'll work from your home office, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and plan your day effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Prospect and cold call to generate new business opportunities
Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners across your territory
Identify business challenges and present SaaS solutions that deliver real value
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into long-term customers
Turn everyday conversations into meaningful growth opportunities for small businesses
Work towards monthly sales targets in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
Represent the brand across your region and act as a trusted advisor to local businesses
Prospect and cold call daily to build and maintain your pipeline
Meet business owners face-to-face, understand their challenges, and demonstrate solutions
Generate new business, close deals, and drive revenue growth
Plan and manage your schedule independently while remaining accountable for results
Celebrate wins with a supportive and collaborative team
You're resilient, energetic, and self-motivated
You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally face-to-face
Experience selling into SMBs or SaaS solutions is highly regarded
You're confident with cold calling and prospecting
