We're partnering with a well-established global organisation that provides technology and business solutions to enterprise customers across a range of industries. They are a global enterprise technology business supporting large-scale organisations to improve operational performance, visibility, and efficiency across complex environments.

With a strong reputation in the market and an extensive customer base, the business is continuing to invest in growth and is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand strategic customer relationships and identify new opportunities. This is a solution-led sales role where success comes from understanding operational challenges, shaping customer requirements, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes.

About the Role

This is a highly relationship-focused role where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities and deliver solutions that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account growth plans
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organisations
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract negotiation
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs

About You

  • Proven success in B2B business development, enterprise sales or strategic account management
  • Experience selling solutions into medium to large organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capability
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales environments and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling business or technology solutions that support operational efficiency, workforce productivity, supply chain or customer experience outcomes
  • Exposure to solution-led environments (hardware, software, or integrated technology ecosystems) rather than pure service or transactional sales
  • Experience working with partner networks, channel partners, software vendors or indirect sales models will be highly regarded
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers across operations, technology, transformation and commercial teams
  • A proactive, consultative and customer-focused approach
