We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing private lender that’s making waves in the market.
In this role, you'll be the face of the business with brokers, driving new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting them with flexible lending solutions across both residential and commercial. You'll enjoy autonomy, strong support from the leadership team, and the chance to be part of a business on a strong growth journey.
What you'll be doing:
Building and managing relationships with mortgage brokers, aggregators, and referral partners
Growing new business opportunities in both residential and commercial lending
Educating and supporting brokers with specialist lending scenarios (e.g., self-employed, SME, complex deals)
Driving sales activity, managing your pipeline, and delivering on growth targets
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a BDM, Broker Manager, or similar role in lending (banking, non-bank, or specialist)
Strong broker networks and the ability to engage and influence partners
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial lending
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a genuine consultative style
