Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities while driving strategic relationships across a diverse ecosystem of partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow strategic referral partnerships to support business growth
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
Educate prospective clients and partners on the company's offering and value proposition
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent lead generation activity
Represent the brand in market with professionalism and commercial insight
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in new business development or solution sales
Experience engaging with SMEs, brokers, advisors, or intermediaries
Confident building long-term relationships and managing a referral-based sales model
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong commercial acumen
Experience in commercial property, financial services, or B2B sales will be highly regarded
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment and excited to build something from the ground up
Well-versed in the commercial property landscape, with experience in tenant advisory, leasing, property brokerage, or other relevant roles even if not strictly sales-focused. A nuanced understanding of this market is essential!!
