We're seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join a botique lending business. You'll play a key role in expanding broker relationships and driving loan volume across residential, commercial, construction, expat, non-resident and SMSF lending.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a broker BDM/ account manager role who thrives in a relationship-driven and target-focused environment.
Proactively acquire new brokers and referral partners
Build and manage long-term broker relationships from onboarding through to post-settlement
Achieve KPIs across broker acquisition, loan volume and account growth
Liaise closely with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end support
Provide tailored product solutions and guidance on complex loan scenarios
Represent the business at industry events and networking functions
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
Previous experience in a similar BDM, broker, or lending role
Strong understanding of the Australian lending market
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Driven and self-motivated with a passion for hitting targets
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Cert IV in Mortgage Broking (required)
