Mars Recruitment are partnering with a well-established national rehabilitation organisation that's looking for a Branch Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team.


This is an exciting opportunity to oversee operations, mentor staff, and drive business development while ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple service streams including State-Based Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management, Comcare, Life Insurance, CTP, and Corporate Health & Safety.

About the Role


As a Branch Manager, you'll:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring utilisation, KPIs, and RTW outcomes are met
  • Oversee recruitment, inductions, performance management, and talent development
  • Manage account relationships, onboarding, and business development
  • Monitor budgets, financial targets, and cost escalations
  • Conduct file reviews, audits, and quality assurance checks
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues and ensure SLA compliance
  • Implement initiatives to grow revenue and discover new opportunities

Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & HR Management:

  • Recruit, induct, coach, and mentor staff
  • Conduct talent maps, scorecard discussions, and performance reviews
  • Approve leave, manage team workloads, and ensure operational coverage


Account Management & Business Development:

  • Manage accounts to ensure compliance, service quality, and growth
  • Develop proposals, handle objections, and grow revenue by 15% YoY
  • Attend industry events to identify opportunities and trends


Operational & Quality Oversight:

  • Ensure team compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct file reviews, closure calls, and report on KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer intelligence

About You

  • 3+ years in a leadership role within rehabilitation, injury management, or occupational health
  • Accreditation with relevant state authorities
  • Strong organisational, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Competent in case management, account management, and team development
  • Driver's licence


Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health
  • Comcare accreditation
  • Experience in psychometric assessments (Hogan, SHL)
