We are partnering with a leading Western Australian not-for-profit healthcare provider to recruit an Allied Health Team Lead (Physiotherapist) to support the delivery of high-quality services across both Residential Aged Care and Community settings.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about mentoring others and influencing service delivery but may not yet have formal leadership experience.
With a small clinical caseload, comprehensive leadership training, and ongoing support from an established management team, this role provides an ideal pathway into leadership while allowing you to maintain your clinical skills and patient contact.
Flexible base locations are available across West Perth, Joondalup, and Rockingham, offering opportunities in both the northern and southern suburbs.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Allied Health Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing a multidisciplinary allied health team while helping to drive clinical excellence across the service.
You will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, supporting clinician development, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
This role offers an excellent balance between leadership and clinical practice, allowing you to remain hands-on while developing valuable people leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Promote best-practice, person-centred care across residential and community services
- Maintain a small physiotherapy caseload
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance growth
- Drive quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys supporting others and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (mandatory)
- Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for mentoring and supporting fellow clinicians
- Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance
Highly Regarded
- Experience within aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or disability services
- Previous experience supervising students, graduates, or clinicians
- Leadership or management training (although not essential)
