Are you a Physiotherapist who thrives on helping people regain their independence and quality of life? We're partnering with a highly regarded aged care and community provider to find a dedicated Physiotherapist to join their supportive team based in Harvey, WA. This is a Part time role requiring 0.6 FTE. Days of the week can be chosen at your convenience


This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact, working across both Transitional Care (TCP) and Community programs, supporting clients as they transition from hospital to home and continue their rehabilitation journey in the community.

About the Role


Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide holistic, person-centred physiotherapy to clients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Your day may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive physical and functional assessments
  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Supporting clients to achieve independence and mobility goals in both residential and home settings
  • Working closely with nursing, OT, and care staff to ensure best outcomes


You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while still enjoying the support of a friendly and experienced clinical team.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Experience or interest in aged care, community health, or rehabilitation
  • A genuine passion for supporting older adults to live their best lives
