Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | North of the River

We're partnering with a well-established residential aged care provider to recruit an experienced Facility Manager for a service north of the river in Perth!

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys leading teams, ensuring high-quality care, and running a compliant, well-organised home. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the service, with support from clinical, quality, HR, and corporate teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Oversee day-to-day operations across care, hospitality, and compliance
• Maintain quality and clinical governance aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Manage budgets, AN-ACC funding, and resources efficiently
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (or equivalent clinical qualification)
• 3-5+ years in aged care leadership (Facility / Residential / General Manager)
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and governance frameworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Practical, hands-on approach and ability to drive results
• Australian working rights (PR or Citizenship)
