Account Manager (2X) – SaaS Solutions

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to appoint two Account Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of over 150 small to medium business clients each, through face-to-face relationship management. You'll work closely with clients to help them enhance their digital footprint using a variety of marketing tools and cutting-edge SaaS products.

Your core responsibilities will include maintaining client spend, driving adoption of innovative SaaS solutions, and using consultative sales techniques to identify new opportunities within your existing customer base.

This role requires a high level of mobility, with regular visits to clients mainly in the trades and services sectors across the Sydney area. When not out in the field, you'll have the flexibility to work from home to plan your day and follow up on leads efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of SMB clients through upselling and cross-selling tailored SaaS marketing solutions
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and performance
  • Understand client business needs to recommend the best digital and SaaS solutions
  • Manage your schedule independently to maximise productivity and results

Who We're Looking For

Ambitious self-starters with proven success in complex sales environments. You'll have strong customer service skills, a knack for solution selling, and a passion for helping businesses grow through digital marketing technology.

Digital marketing experience and familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media ads, and digital display products will give you a strong advantage.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in face-to-face sales to SMBs
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and SaaS platforms
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing client relationships with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • In-depth knowledge of SMB market needs and challenges
