About the role:
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and upsell to a portfolio of 100+ SMB's, and upsell digital marketing services according to each client's unique pain points
Regularly schedule Face to Face meetings with your clients, looking after small to medium businesses in Sydney
Partner with local businesses and building exceptional relationships. Establish yourself as an expert for all things Digital Media including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Website, and Digital Display Advertising
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Maintain and grow new relationships using solution selling techniques
Leverage your portfolio of clients and encourage more customers to purchase our clients award winning SaaS and marketing services
About you:
Resilient, strong drive, motivated by exceeding KPIs (there is great opportunity to earn commission in this role)
Experience working in an autonomous B2B client-facing role without supervision
Knowledge of the digital media landscape/market and SEO, SEM, Social, Websites, Digital Display products
Proven experience in achievement of sales targets
Strong customer focus and customer relationship management in a face to face selling environment
Holding a full driver's license and your own car to travel around Sydney
