We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team in a regional Northern Territory hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied rural generalist caseload while developing your clinical skills in a culturally diverse environment.

The Role
You'll manage a diverse caseload across acute and outpatient services, including:

• Acute medical and surgical inpatients
• Rehabilitation patients, including stroke and orthopaedic presentations
• Emergency Department referrals, including hand and upper limb injuries
• Acute and subacute ward-based rehabilitation
• Paediatric developmental assessments
• Outpatient rehabilitation

Around 85% of the caseload is with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, with many travelling from remote communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable experience delivering culturally responsive care in a supportive setting.

About You

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous hospital experience across acute inpatient settings- minimum 3 years
• Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded
• Australian Working Rights- Working Holiday Visa's welcome!
