Provider Engagement Advisor | Aged Care I 6m FTC

As a Provider Engagement Advisor, you will drive awareness and participation in key workforce initiatives, including a national Employment Gateway platform.

You'll work closely with aged care providers and community stakeholders to build relationships, promote programs and connect employers with workforce solutions and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Queensland
  • Deliver outreach through meetings, events and presentations
  • Convert engagement into registrations, interviews and training participation
  • Support workforce pathways between employers, jobseekers and education programs
  • Capture insights on workforce needs and contribute to program improvement
  • Track and report on engagement outcomes

About You

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships or business development
  • Background in aged care, health or community services (desirable)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence, engage and deliver outcomes
  • Organised, proactive and data-informed

Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience engaging service providers, community organisations or stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or delivering government or sector-based programs
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of aged care sector challenges, including workforce pressures
  • Strong communication, presentation and engagement skills
  • Experience developing stakeholder communications or resources
  • Ability to gather insights and contribute to program improvements
  • Experience tracking engagement activities and reporting on outcomes
  • Willingness to travel across Queensland (~20%)
  • Commitment to improving outcomes for older Australians
