Our client is an Australian software business. For over a decade, our client has designed, built and delivered software solutions for automotive companies. They provide a number of different products and are a market leader.

The business is fast growing, and has an exceptional cutlure. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Business Development Managert. The organisation is super innovative and progressive and provide a number of growth opportunities for employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Regular meetings with key Tier 1 enterprise customer both in person and online.
• Be a representative of the customer to their development teams and ensure specification are managed in partnership with the account manager.
• Forecasting and planning of new accounts, including full roll out planning and administration.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports for management.
• Act as a key point of contact for pricing, product, and service enquiries.
• Escalate complex issues or opportunities to senior sales or account managers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support and attendance at annual trade shows and events.

Key experience and skills:

• 3+ years in sales, or client services role (SaaS or technology preferred)
• Proven track record driving revenue.
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Commercial acumen: comfortable with contracts, pricing, negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
