Looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real impact with young people? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health care to youth with complex needs.

🌟 The Role

You'll work with young people (typically aged 12-25) experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges, providing both therapeutic support and case management within a recovery-focused framework. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young people with complex mental health presentations
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and tailored treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, risk assessments and care planning
• Provide crisis support and outreach where required
• Collaborate closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service improvement

🧩 About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health OT)
• AHPRA registration or AASW membership
• Experience working in mental health (youth experience highly regarded)
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and engagement skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Australian Working Rights- Working Holiday Visa's Welcome!
