We are partnering with a highly respected aged care provider to identify experienced Residential Managers open to regional Western Australia. The Opportunity

As Residential Manager, you will lead the operations of a residential aged care community, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care while supporting a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Working closely with senior leadership and corporate support teams, you will drive performance across:

  • Clinical governance and care quality
  • Workforce leadership and team development
  • Financial and operational performance
  • Compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Resident, family and community engagement
  • Continuous improvement and service excellence

This role requires a visible, people-focused leader who can balance clinical oversight with strong operational capability.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced Residential Managers or senior aged care leaders who bring a balance of clinical understanding, operational leadership and strategic thinking.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience managing residential aged care services
  • Strong leadership and people management capability
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and sector regulations
  • Experience leading accreditation and quality improvement outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • The ability to lead teams through change and growth
