They're seeking a Rehabilitation Team Leader to drive team performance, mentor and develop consultants, and ensure high-quality client outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Performance

  • Manage the team to meet KPIs, quality standards, and client outcomes
  • Recruit, induct, coach, and mentor team members
  • Monitor operational performance, budgets, and compliance
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate reporting, invoicing, and account growth
  • Achieve outcomes personally and through your team

About You

  • 2+ years industry experience and relevant state accreditation
  • Supervisor Certificate (Australian Institute of Management)
  • Strong organisational, communication, negotiation, and computer skills
  • Competent in case management and team leadership
  • Driver's licence
