An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced operational and clinical leader ready to take ownership of a large-scale, round-the-clock care service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives where complexity, people leadership, and quality outcomes intersect.

Located in Perths Inner Northern Suburbs, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the service, ensuring strong clinical governance, safe and efficient operations, financial sustainability, and a positive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility, approachability, and the ability to bring people along on the journey are key.

Success in this position comes from balancing people, process, and performance. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen practice standards, and create an environment where both staff and those receiving care feel supported, respected, and valued.

What You'll Bring

You're a confident leader who remains steady in fast-moving environments and sees change as a chance to improve, not disrupt. You understand the realities of frontline service delivery and can translate strategic goals into practical, day-to-day action.

You will also demonstrate:

• Experience leading teams in a complex, continuously operating service environment
• A strong grasp of compliance, governance, and risk management within a regulated sector
• The ability to coach and develop leaders and staff to build capability and accountability
• Confidence working with systems, reporting tools, and performance data
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across teams
• Financial oversight experience, including managing operational performance against budgets

Relevant qualifications in health or a related aged care field are highly regarded, and professional registration.
