About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will manage multiple client cases and deliver rehabilitation services in line with legislation, scheme requirements, and organisational standards. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build professional relationships, and contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate injury recovery and rehabilitation for multiple clients
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate and support colleagues in achieving team outcomes
• Provide specialist advice to stakeholders to support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
• Conduct specialist assessments and deliver the organisation's services
• Develop SMART goals and tailored strategies for client recovery
• Maintain professional relationships, documentation, and reporting standards
• Participate in training, meetings, file reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Performance Indicators

About You
You're a motivated rehabilitation professional ready to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Essential:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
• Provisional or Full registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
• Minimum 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management, or case management
• Current driver's licence (pool car available)

Desirable:

• Comcare accreditation
• Drug & Alcohol Testing accreditation
• Psychometric assessment accreditation (e.g., Hogan, SHL)
