The Opportunity
We are currently representing multiple providers seeking experienced leaders to drive quality and safety outcomes, clinical governance and compliance, continuous improvement, risk management, and strong, values-led team cultures.
Roles vary by provider and location but include Care Manager, Facility Manager, General Manager, Quality Governance Manager, Clinical Services Manager, and Senior Quality or Operations Leaders.
Each role sits at the intersection of leadership, quality, and governance. These organisations are preparing proactively for the new Aged Care Act and are seeking leaders who can evidence how they have influenced quality outcomes, not just overseen operations.
Who We're Looking For
These roles are suited to experienced aged care leaders who can clearly articulate their contribution to quality and governance.
If you are currently a Facility Manager, Care Manager, or in a similar senior role, you will need to demonstrate at least one clear, practical example of how you have personally led or influenced:

In addition, you will bring strong knowledge of aged care standards and governance requirements, confidence engaging with regulators, families, and stakeholders, and a leadership style that balances accountability, empathy, and performance.
