🔍 The Role
You'll work within a community mental health service delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Duties include:
Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments (including MSE & risk)
Case management and collaborative care planning
Outreach support across the community
Building strong therapeutic relationships with consumers and carers
Engaging in MDT discussions, treatment planning and review
Providing psychoeducation to clients, families, and key supports
Responding proactively to changes in client presentation

Requirements:
Relevant degree + AHPRA/AASW registration or eligibility
Proven experience in mental health assessment, risk, and case management
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a community setting
Current driver's licence
Current police check, WWCC, immunisation compliance
