Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives on helping older adults maintain their independence, confidence, and connection to their community? We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to find a compassionate and skilled OT to join their Albany-based Home Care team.

About the role
In this role, you'll work directly with clients in their homes and the local community, providing tailored occupational therapy interventions. Your work will include:

• Conducting cognitive assessments (MOCA, HDS-R, MMSE)
• Prescribing seating and equipment solutions to improve daily living
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals
• Promoting engagement in meaningful activities to enhance independence and social participation

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
• Membership with OT Australia or WA Association of Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and assessment skills
• Experience or interest in aged care, community care, or home care settings
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia
