Registered Nurse | Aged Care | North of the River

MARS Recruitment is partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN seeking stability, strong clinical leadership, and a supportive environment where high-quality, person-centred care truly comes first.

The Opportunity

Our client operates modern, well-resourced residential aged care facilities north of the river and is expanding their clinical team. They are seeking Registered Nurses who thrive in aged care and are committed to delivering exceptional care to residents. Multiple full-time and part-time roles are available, offering consistent hours and a supportive roster that promotes work-life balance.

Key Focus Areas

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor, assess and document residents' clinical needs
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to ENs and Care Staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families
  • Maintain compliance with aged care clinical, regulatory and safety standards

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2+ years RN experience (aged care required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach
  • MUST have full Australian working rights
