The Opportunity

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead daily clinical operations within a medium-sized residential aged care facility. You'll support, guide and empower your clinical and care teams, ensuring best-practice care planning, compliance, and resident wellbeing. Your leadership will shape culture, uplift standards, and ensure residents feel safe, valued and supported.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team, building capability, confidence and a positive workplace culture.
• Clinical Excellence: Oversee assessments, care plans, documentation and clinical governance aligned with accreditation requirements.
• Quality & Risk: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion safe, effective clinical practice.
• Resident Advocacy: Keep care personal, respectful and responsive to individual needs and preferences.
• Compliance: Maintain strong governance and uphold all relevant legislative standards.

About You

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong aged care clinical experience
• Proven leadership ability within a residential aged care setting
• Excellent knowledge of accreditation, clinical governance & regulatory frameworks
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment
• Currently based in Australia with full working rights
