About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on origination role - ideal for a relationship-driven finance professional who enjoys both business development and deal structuring. You'll originate and manage development finance transactions typically between $5M-$25M, working directly with decision-makers through every stage - from first introductions to financial close.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing relationships with property developers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Assessing opportunities, preparing indicative terms, and managing the credit process end-to-end.
• Conducting due diligence and feasibility analysis on new transactions.
• Negotiating terms and structuring tailored funding solutions.
• Maintaining oversight of deals through to settlement and completion.

About You

You'll be an accomplished property finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in origination or relationship management.

Ideally you will have:

• 5+ years' experience in property development finance, private lending, or commercial banking.
• A strong network of developer or broker relationships within NSW and VIC/ SA
• Sound credit and structuring skills - able to assess feasibility, risk, and returns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and an eye for opportunity.
