Our client is an artificial monitoring system that has been built to help product and engineering teams identify and fix problems before customers experience them. The product works across any platform, making it the most versatile platform on the market. Used by large, blue-chip organisations nationally, they are a market leader.
To accelerate growth, they business is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive.


This role offers significant growth potential, allowing you to drive change and make a huge impact on sales operations. You will be part of a nimble group that is empowered to set ambitious goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged, and complex problems are solved by collaborating with the industries best!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and build pipeline within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Execute a consultative, solutions-based sales process to uncover client pain points, build urgency and will deals.
  • Navigate complex buying environments involving senior stakeholders and product champions.
  • Identify and engage the economic buyer to secure funding and drive deal momentum.
  • Develop and maintain structured and comprehensive target account plans.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, sales engineers, and the broader team, to refine messaging, improve processes and drive growth.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • 5 + years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Comfortable selling in complex environments across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to lead conversations around ROI and impact.
  • Have confidence presenting to Senior level executives within Large Enterprise organisations.
  • Proven experience in pipeline conversion.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • A value-based sales process built around solving complex inefficient enterprise processes.
  • Structured thinker who can challenge, lead, and educate buyers.
