Based out of our client's head office in Parramatta, you'll manage and coordinate care services, build lasting connections with clients, and play a key role in growing a high-performing home care business.

About the Role

This is a hybrid leadership-meets-business-development position. You'll oversee the delivery of care for up to 70 clients, lead a team of around 20 support workers, and help expand services in your area through community engagement and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Care & Oversight - Coordinate and review tailored care plans that deliver genuine value and positive outcomes.
• Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and support your team of carers to consistently deliver high-quality service.
• Sales & Growth - Build new relationships through networking, community outreach, and client conversion.
• KPIs & Performance - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for client growth, service quality, and efficiency.
• Admin & Compliance - Maintain accurate documentation, manage rostering, and ensure service standards are met.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in aged care, disability services, or community care (formal qualifications not required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A KPI-driven mindset, you enjoy achieving goals and seeing results.
• Confidence to build relationships and promote services you believe in.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Previous experience with Home Care Packages (HCPs) is an advantage, but not essential.
