This is a really exciting time for the business as they move into the 'scale-up' phase and expand on their already awesome team of 90+ people spread across Australia, and the US. The business is now laser-focused on deepening our value proposition and investing in growth plans.
Currently, the business requires a Business Development Representative.
What you'll do and have to succeed:
● Prospect for, generate, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
● Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
● Identify a compelling value profile through a consultative question-based approach to make the prospect want to see an online demonstration.
● Be an ambassador - always representing the brand, mission and values.
● A positive approach to everything you do.
● Be a team player! Simple!
Experience in the following areas would be a bonus:
● Previous experience in outbound phone sales.
● Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting highly preferred.
● Fabulous communication skills (written and verbal).
● Ability to multitask, prioritise and balance time effectively.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
