What you'll be doing

As part of the Growth team, you'll be responsible for driving adoption, building long-term partnerships, and uncovering new opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Lead growth strategies - create and execute go-to-market plans that open doors with major merchants, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities first - analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging tech to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Be a trusted advisor - build deep, consultative relationships with merchants and partners to influence decision-making.
  • Drive commercial outcomes - deliver compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and secure long-term agreements.
  • Grow existing relationships - unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Be the face of innovation - represent us at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.

What we're looking for

  • 5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
  • Exposure to payments, financial services, fintech, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of winning business, exceeding targets, and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A natural networker who enjoys meeting people, creating connections, and opening doors.
  • Energy, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
