Speech Pathologist - Flexible Role | Community Role- Adults, Paediatrics OR Mixed| Perth (North or South of the River)

Are you a Speech Pathologist seeking a unique opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive and community-focused therapist owned organisation? We're partnering with a dynamic clinic offering flexibility, variety, and genuine work-life balance - with opportunities north or south of the river in Perth.

About the Role:
Join a small, established private practice with deep community ties. You'll enjoy full autonomy, flexible hours, and the opportunity to support a mixed caseload of private and NDIS clients. The role includes:

  • Telehealth sessions with clients in regional WA
  • Scope for drive-in-drive-out (DIDO) outreach to the Wheatbelt
  • Caseload concentrated within a 1-hour radius

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services across a diverse caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Use telehealth to extend care to regional clients
  • Option to participate in DIDO work
  • Collaborate with a small, close-knit team while managing your own caseload

Requirements:

  • New graduate's, or experienced clinicians welcome!
  • SPA Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical reasoning and autonomous work ethic
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
