Aged Care Facility Manager

MARS Recruitment is currently partnering with one of our trusted not-for-profit clients on a key leadership opportunity in the aged care sector.

This full-time role involves managing a medium-sized residential aged care facility located north of the river in Perth. It is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong operational focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Ideally, this role would suit someone with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Facility Manager or in a higher leadership role

  • Current & valid AHPRA registration
  • A strong understanding of compliance, accreditation, and clinical governance

  • A people-first approach to team and resident engagement

  • Experience within the aged care or broader healthcare sector
