Backed by a strong leadership team and solid funding, they are expanding nationally and looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their journey.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong broker network, deep lending knowledge, and the energy to build something meaningful from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and managing relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, real estate agents, accountants, and other introducers
Educating third-party partners on bridging finance products, lending criteria, and deal structuring
Proactively originating high-quality loan opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Representing the brand at industry events and networking functions to grow market presence
Providing regular updates on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, market feedback, and competitor insights
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years' experience in bridging finance or a related lending environment
A strong broker and introducer network, with a proven ability to generate consistent deal flow
Solid understanding of property lending, valuations, serviceability, and credit risk
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of numeracy and professional English
A proactive, go-getter mindset with strong business acumen
A team player who's adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the business
Willingness to travel within your region as needed
