The Opportunity:
Our client is an established aged care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Educator to join their team in Albany. In this part-time role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the skills and capabilities of care teams across residential aged care facilities.

You'll coordinate and deliver training programs that align with internal policies and national aged care standards. Your work will help ensure compliance, improve care outcomes, and build a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and deliver both mandatory and role-specific education
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate training records via the organisation's Learning Management System
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop or adapt educational materials and resources

About You:
You're a Registered Nurse with at least three years of experience in aged or acute care and a proven ability to engage and educate clinical staff. You're comfortable delivering training, assessing learning needs, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Your strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards make you well-suited to drive excellence in resident care through education.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)
  • Experience in developing or customising training content
  • Sound knowledge of aged care compliance and governance
