Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Big team. Big support. Big impact on little lives.

Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Full-Time or Part-Time | Northern Beaches, NSW

Are you an Occupational Therapist who loves working with kids and wants to be part of a warm, well-supported team in a beautiful beachside location?

We're on the lookout for a Paediatric OT to join a close-knit clinic in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Whether you're after full-time or part-time, there's flexibility here to build the perfect work-life blend.

About the Organisation

This allied health group was co-founded by a Allied Health Professionals, who set out to build a truly clinician-led, clinician-loved organisation. Now with 6 clinics across NSW and the ACT and 80+ staff, they've created something really special - a place where therapists are well supported, well structured, and never left to manage everything solo.

This Northern Beaches site is one of the smaller clinics in the network, so you'll get that lovely community vibe and strong peer support, while also benefiting from access to wider MDT collaboration, top-notch systems, and professional development opportunities across the group.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

🧠 Follow your passion: Want to specialise in a certain paediatric area? You'll be supported to build a caseload that plays to your strengths.

📚 CPD that actually matters: Weekly internal sessions + paid days off for external CPD, training, or conferences.

💰 Great salary + fun bonuses: Competitive salary, plus performance incentives - like extra paid leave around public holidays for strong attendance!

🧑‍💻 Dedicated admin time daily: 2 hours built into your schedule, done either from home or in the clinic.

🎉 Team culture that feels like family: Join regular team events, and be part of annual all-clinic celebrations in Sydney - think awards nights, catch-ups, and meaningful connections

🏆 Structured, real support: With discipline-specific Heads of Department and Team Leaders, you're never left wondering who to ask for help.

🕒 Your schedule, your way: Choose between morning or afternoon clinic blocks - ideal for school drop-offs, beach walks, or mid-week yoga!

🏫 Clinic-based role: No home visits required. School visits are available if you'd like to mix things up, but the focus is in-clinic care.

Who We're Looking For

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist, with AHPRA registration and relevant tertiary degree

  • Australian working rights

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and their families

  • A warm team player who values connection, structure, and a sense of fun

  • Early career or experienced - all levels are welcome!
