About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to understand residents' needs
• Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans
• Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities
• Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Providing education and support to staff and caregivers
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards

About You

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and general AHPRA Registration
• Experience or a strong interest in aged care or rehabilitation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements
