As Director, Melbourne, he leads the Finance function, overseeing Contract, Fixed Term, and Permanent recruitment with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for both clients and candidates.
With over 18 years of Finance recruitment experience across Melbourne and Amsterdam, Luke has developed a deep understanding of the market and a reputation for matching top talent with roles that support meaningful career progression. He is recognised for his attentive approach, consistently listening to client needs and ensuring candidates find opportunities that align with their long-term goals.
Outside of work, Luke’s passions revolve around his family and three sons, as well as travel and sports, reflecting the same energy and commitment he brings to his professional life.
