Our client, a leading nationwide organisation, is seeking a confident and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.

This is a genuine standalone recruitment role where you will take full ownership of the recruitment function. You will be the go-to recruitment expert, partnering directly with leaders across the business to manage hiring needs from briefing through to offer and onboarding.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can make an immediate impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of vacancies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using a variety of attraction methods.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain recruitment reporting, compliance, and system administration.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to business leaders.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless new starter experience.

Key Experience Required:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced and evolving environments.'
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ideally UKG HRIS
