Full time, Office Based (5 days)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Onboarding Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team within a leading Construction organisation in Doncaster.

This is an administration and compliance-focused position, responsible for coordinating the onboarding of subcontractors across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with trades, site supervisors, Accounts Payable and internal business units to ensure subcontractors are compliant, fully registered and ready to commence work.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new subcontractors and trades
  • Distribute welcome packs and registration information to new trades following supervisor requests
  • Review new trade accounts and ensure all required documentation has been provided
  • Ensure vendors have completed all required inductions and compliance requirements before entering site
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries from trades and internal stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the onboarding process
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure subcontractors are fully onboarded prior to commencing work
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to activate, update and blacklist vendor accounts where required
  • Compile and distribute lists of new trades across the wider business to support onboarding requirements and opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing on initiatives to increase trade engagement across key areas

About You:

  • Previous experience within administration, onboarding, compliance, project support or operations coordination
  • Previous experience within the construction (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage compliance documentation accurately
  • Confidence working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence liaising with trades, supervisors and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong administration and general computer skill
