Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: Mulgrave (Must be able to drive due to location)

Hourly Rate: $38 + Super

Working Hours: Full Time with Rotational Shifts +Hybrid Working

Start Date: Immediately

We are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Operations team in Mulgrave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand, you will be the first point of contact for a range of finance and insurance-related enquiries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Support customers with finance and insurance-related queries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve positive customer outcomes

As part of an evolving team structure, this role will provide exposure to the Collections & Account Support function. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in developing their financial services experience and broadening their skillset.

About You?

• Previous customer service, contact centre, administration or customer operations experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric with a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, resilient, and highly compliant in your approach
• Strong computer and system navigation
• Previous collections, banking, lending, or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
