About the opportunity

This well-known brand in the travel and leisure industry require an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract and play a key role in delivering a high-volume recruitment project for hospitality roles.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and partnering with hiring leaders to deliver great talent outcomes.

You'll work across a diverse mix of recruitment, including a combination of operational, senior and high-volume frontline and operational roles, giving you the opportunity to work across a broad range of stakeholders and candidate profiles.

Key Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational, senior and high-volume frontline/operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract candidates through a range of channels
• Screen, interview and assess candidates
• Manage high volumes of applications and recruitment activity while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure roles progress efficiently
• Provide regular updates and recruitment insights to key stakeholders
• Support the broader Talent Acquisition function during this high-volume period

About you

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can hit the ground running and possess the following:

• Demonstrated Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience working for large organisations
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in hospitality, customer service, corporate or relatable industries
• Excellent candidate care, customer service and recruitment practices, to deliver a high volume of best-fit talent to the project
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously
• The confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Experience within hospitality, retail, tourism, leisure or another high-volume customer-facing industry would be highly regarded

About the role

• 3-month contract with an immediate opportunity to make an impact
• Hybrid working arrangement
• Based in Coolangatta, with 1-2 days per week in the office
• Variety across corporate and high-volume operational recruitment
