What you'll be doing

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the recruitment process and function for a software business.

This is a 4 month temp position, due to commence ASAP.

Being a full-time work from home role, you will have autonomy and responsibility to oversee the end to end recruitment process, whilst having support of the HR team.

As the Talent acquisition Specialist, you will oversee B2B Sales representative roles. Experience recruiting within the sales field is crucial.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• 4+ years recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting sales professionals
• In house recruitment experience
• Experienced in proactive candidate outreach
• A strong customer service approach to enhance the client and candidate experience
