Supply Planner
Industry: FMCG Location: St Kilda Road (Hybrid Working)
Duration: 4 months. Mid-January start.
Rate: $50-60 per hour

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll oversee the demand, supply, and inventory functions for a diverse product portfolio - ensuring smooth alignment between commercial strategy, budget, and customer demand.
This role is a true business integrator - you'll collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, finance teams, balancing analytical rigour with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate, SKU-level forecasts through analysis of sales data and close collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
Manage product life cycles, ensuring new launches, product transitions, and end-of-life phases align with business plans and inventory targets.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing analytical insights and facilitating discussion to support key decisions.
Use SAP and MRP tools to build procurement plans and manage stock orders from international suppliers.
Partner with local production planning teams to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing schedules.
Collaborate with customer supply chain and commercial teams to communicate changes, updates, and priorities clearly and efficiently.
Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making.
About You
Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
